Christmas Orders & Delivery Update

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Australia Post and other couriers are still experiencing some slight and significant delays with regards to deliveries. These delays can be up to a few days and in some very rare cases, a couple of weeks. The Australia Post express post guarantee is also on hold for the moment as they are also experiencing some delays.

And just like that, Christmas is just around the corner. We'd hate for you to miss out on purchasing that perfect heartfelt gift so we wanted to let you know that our order cut off dates for promising to get your orders shipped are below:

*Place your orders by Sunday the 14th of November and we will promise to have them shipped by Wednesday the 24th of November.

*Place your orders by Sunday the 21st of November and we will promise to have them shipped by Wednesday the 1st of December.

You are still absolutely welcome to order past the above dates, however we cannot promise as to when the orders will be shipped during this busy peak time of trading, and our full lead-times could still apply. (Please check individual product descriptions for all lead time information).

We will continue to work as fast as we can to have your orders in the post with urgency, given the time of year. Please note we cannot promise delivery dates at this time.

Please also note that express post will not speed up the processing of your order, but just the delivery itself. Please check the Australia Post website for current delay information with all postal services HERE.


Please place ALL orders for 2021, by Sunday the 12th of December. Orders placed after this date will be processed in early January and shipped soon after. 

It's been another HUGE year so we need a little breather and will be taking a short break over Christmas. Our return to the workshop and studio date is the 8th of January. All orders will be processed upon our return. Please note that all product lead times will commence from our return date.

We are also taking a little family holiday mid-January so orders placed between the 17th- 25th will not be processed until after these dates.


To avoid disappointment, we always suggest placing your order sooner rather than later due to any unforeseen delays with the postal service. Express Post will also speed up the delivery time of your order, but not the production of your order. We also know there are delays with the Express Post service. Unfortunately, we cannot promise that your order will arrive in time due to current delays, but by ordering by the above dates, we promise to give it the best chance to arrive before Christmas instead.

These dates allow us to process, create and ship your beautiful orders and have them posted as promised by Australia post or our preferred courier services.

Most orders that are shipped via regular post (free shipping) will NOT have a tracking number. If that is of concern, adding tracking (regular post with tracking, registered post, or express post), is always advisable so that we can check the whereabouts of your order in transit.

Please Note: Full lead times do currently apply to all products being one of the busiest times of the year for our team, so please take note of the lead times in the product description where placing your order. Each and every piece we create is personalised so we do need time to process, create and ship all orders. Rush orders are not available at this time of year. Shipping times are also in addition to the product lead times.
