Christmas Order & Delivery Update


And just like that, Christmas is just around the corner. We'd hate for you to miss out on purchasing that perfect heartfelt gift so we wanted to let you know that our order cut off dates for promising to get your orders shipped are below:

REGULAR POST: Place your orders by Wednesday the 29th of November and we will promise to have them shipped via regular post by Monday the 11th of December.

EXPRESS POST: Place your Express Post orders by Wednesday the 6th of December and we will promise to have them shipped via Express Post by Monday the 18th of December (Must add Express Post at the checkout).

Please note that the above dates EXCLUDES all cushion covers and blankets.

Due to the large volume of orders with Australia Post and couriers at this time of year, we cannot be held responsible for later than expected arrivals.

WESTERN AUSTRALIA CUSTOMERS: - Please note that the delivery times to Western Australia from our studio here in Melbourne, are significantly longer. Please place your orders urgently to give them the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas.


PRE-ORDER #1:  Please place your orders by midnight Sunday the 5th of November.  Santa Sacks from pre-order #1 will be shipped early December. Unfortunately, no late orders can be accepted.

PRE-ORDER #2: Please place your orders by midnight Monday the 27th of November. All Santa sacks will be removed from the website after this date. Santa sacks from pre-order #2 will be shipped by mid December. We highly recommend adding Express Post at the checkout for pre-order #2. Unfortunately, no late orders can be accepted.


You are still absolutely welcome to order past the above dates (up until the 10th of December), however we cannot promise as to when the orders will be shipped during this busy peak time of trading, and our full lead-times could still apply. (Please check individual product descriptions for all lead time information).

We will continue to work as fast as we can to have your orders in the post with urgency, given the time of year. Please note we cannot promise delivery dates at this time.

Please also note that express post will not speed up the processing of your order, but just the delivery itself. Please check the Australia Post website for current delay information with all postal services HERE.


It's been a huge year so we are taking a short break over Christmas. All orders placed on or after the 10th of December will be processed mid January 2024 (exact date TBC). The lead time for these orders will commence on our return date in January 2024. Therefore, there will be no production of any orders placed on or after this date, until mid January 2024.


To avoid disappointment, we always suggest placing your order sooner rather than later due to any unforeseen delays with the postal service. Express Post will also speed up the delivery time of your order, but not the production of your order. We also know there are delays with the Express Post service. Unfortunately, we cannot promise that your order will arrive in time due to current delays, but by ordering by the above dates, we promise to give it the best chance to arrive before Christmas instead.

These dates allow us to process, create and ship your beautiful orders and have them posted as promised by Australia post or our preferred courier services.

Most orders that are shipped via regular post (free shipping) will NOT have a tracking number. If that is of concern, adding tracking (regular post with tracking, registered post, or express post), is always advisable so that we can check the whereabouts of your order in transit.

Please Note: Full lead times do currently apply to all products being one of the busiest times of the year for our team, so please take note of the lead times in the product description where placing your order. Each and every piece we create is personalised so we do need time to process, create and ship all orders. Rush orders are not available at this time of year. Shipping times are also in addition to the product lead times.
