This year has certainly been a year like no other!
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Australia Post and other couriers are experiencing some delays with regards to deliveries. These delays can be up to a few days and in some very rare cases, a few weeks. The Australia Post express post guarantee is also on hold for the moment as they are also experiencing some delays.

As a guide only, we recommend you place your Christmas orders by the 15th of November in order to have them processed and delivered in a timely manner. Should the current delays be of concern to you, we highly recommend you add express post to your order, to speed up the delivery time. Please note that express post will not speed up the order production time.
Orders placed after this date cannot be guaranteed to arrive in time via regular post. To avoid disappointment, we always suggest placing your order sooner rather than later due to any unforeseen delays with the postal service.
Most orders that are shipped via regular post (free shipping) will NOT have a tracking number. If that is of concern, adding tracking (registered post or express post), is always advisable so that we can check the whereabouts of your order in transit.
