Shipping Information

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION:

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as we can, but always within the given lead-times indicated within the product descriptions. If you are unsure about the lead-time information, please don't hesitate to get in touch. During busy times of the year such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day etc, our production is likely to be at full capacity so full lead-times may apply.

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a shipment email advising you it has been physically sent. In most cases there will not be a tracking number if your order has been shipped via FREE shipping (regular post). However, in some cases where your order is shipped as a parcel (depending on the physical size of the order), the email may contain a tracking number so you can track its delivery.

Express post and registered post orders will always have a tracking number.

FREE SHIPPING (no tracking or no signature on delivery):

Yes, we offer FREE shipping Australia wide each and every day of the year on all of our products, so the price you see on our website, is the only price you'll ever need to pay! There are no hidden costs! Unless you of course, would prefer to upgrade your order to tracked, registered or express post. 

(Please note however that should you select free shipping, it is very likely that it will be shipped without a tracking number. It will also be shipped via regular post so normal postage times apply. Your order can take 3-10 business days to arrive via regular post. Sometimes a little longer is in rural areas. Should you prefer tracking with your order, you must select either registered post for a signature on delivery and normal postage times, or express post for a speedy delivery with a tracking number, (but no signature on delivery). 

From 15 April 2024, estimated delivery timeframes for regular letters have changed. Please note, letters should now be delivered between 3-10 business days.

REGULAR POST WITH TRACKING (no signature on delivery): 

For peace of mind you can add tracking to your order for a small fee. All orders will ensure they include a tracking number so you can track their journey to you.

To add this extra service, please select it at the checkout. We will advise you of your tracking number on your shipping confirmation, once your order has been shipped. Please note that this tracked post option post does not speed up the processing time of your order and does not include a signature on delivery. It simply allows you to track your order during transit.

REGISTERED POST (includes signature on delivery): 

We offer registered post for all orders! For an extra cost at the checkout, you can be confident that your order will arrive as this service requires signature on delivery. To add this extra service, please select it at the checkout. We will advise you of your tracking number on your shipping confirmation, once your order has been shipped. Please note that registered post does not speed up the processing time of your order. It simply requires a signature on delivery and is confirmation that the order has been received.

We recommend providing a suitable daytime delivery address to ensure someone is available to sign for your order should you want to add registered post. If no one is available to sign for your order, a calling card should be left sot that you can rearrange delivery or pick up from the local post office. 

EXPRESS POST (no signature on delivery): 

Express Post is available to add to all orders! For an extra cost at the checkout, you can be confident that your order will arrive as fast as possible. To add this extra service, please select this option at the checkout. We will advise you of your tracking number on your shipping confirmation, once your order has been shipped. Please note that express post does not speed up the processing time of your order, and there is no signature on delivery with this service. It only speeds up the delivery of your order once it has been processed and shipped.
